This Agreement is drafted in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to regulate the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the overseas education consultancy services provided by the Seller to the Buyer, including course and school selection, application support, visa consultancy, accommodation, and travel planning.

3. Service Information

• Description: Comprehensive consultancy and support services required for students to pursue education abroad.

4. Payment Terms

The Buyer shall make the payment through the methods specified in the Agreement (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Payment shall be collected upon service confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase without providing any justification. To exercise this right, the Buyer must submit a written notice to the Seller.

6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized services such as customized education application processes, school and program selection, and visa procedures.

Cancellation and refund conditions for airline tickets, accommodation reservations, or digital content services are subject to the rules of the respective providers.

7. Procedures After Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, the amount paid shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

Costs and the status of services already provided shall be determined according to the Agreement and the relevant provider rules.

8. Warranty and Services

The consultancy and education services provided comply with applicable legislation and quality standards. In case of any deficiency or error in the service, the Seller shall make the necessary corrections.

9. Termination of the Agreement and Dispute Resolution

The Parties may terminate the Agreement by mutual consent.
In case of dispute, Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

10. Execution

This Agreement enters into force on the date it is approved by the Buyer and is executed in two copies.
